Oven Repair — the two questions we get most
The top rack burns and the middle rack is fine. Is the oven finished?
No. That pattern is a temperature sensor that has drifted or a convection fan that has stopped moving air, not a dead cavity. Both are replaceable parts. Bring the readings you have — how far off the bake is, and at what set temperature — and the diagnosis goes faster.
My steam oven wants descaling and now it will not heat at all.
Valley water is hard enough that scale reaches the pump and the heater rather than stopping at the tank. Once the unit locks out, it needs flushing properly and the cartridge routine setting up so it does not get back to that point.
